If your order is not accepted but funds have been withdrawn from your account, we will issue a refund as soon as possible.
Our Decision
We reserve the unilateral right to accept or refuse any order without specifying the reason. We will not be liable for refusing an order. Ownership of products passes to you only after full payment has been made, including delivery fees.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We cannot guarantee that products displayed on the Website at any given time will remain available. We are not liable if a product is no longer listed on the Website. Although we strive to update availability in real time, errors may occur.
Guarantees
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will inform you and may suggest similar items. If you do not wish to purchase a similar product, we will cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
PRODUCT PRICE. PAYMENT. DELIVERY
Product prices are displayed in RON and include or do not include VAT (to be specified by you). If an error occurs in the displayed price, we will notify you promptly and either refund any overpayment or request the correct amount. If you do not accept the updated price, do not respond, or cannot be contacted, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.
Prices may be updated at any time. Your order will be charged according to the price valid at the time of placement.
Payment Methods

If you pay online by card, processing is handled securely via BRD. We do not store card information.
If card authorization fails for reasons beyond our control (insufficient funds, expired card, etc.), the Contract is not concluded and we have no obligation to deliver the products.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are not included in the product price unless otherwise stated on the Website. For details, please see our Shipping Policy.
No deliveries are made on Saturdays or Sundays. Delivery delays may occur during holidays or promotional periods (e.g., Black Friday). Such delays are outside our control and do not constitute grounds for liability.
FORCE MAJEURE AND UNFORESEEABLE EVENTS
We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill services due to force majeure or unforeseeable events, including changes in laws, embargoes, wars, terrorism, riots, fires, earthquakes, floods, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, extreme weather, hacker attacks, or failures by internet service providers.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Website is the intellectual property of Awa Flot SRL. The Website may be used by third parties only for information and order placement.
