Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your order by clicking the tracking link in the email or by logging into your account on our website.

We work with a variety of carriers, including Fan Courier, Cargus (domestic), and DPD (international). The carrier used for your order will depend on the shipping destination as well as the size and weight of your package.


Commercial Terms – Export Mode DAP

When the goods arrive at the place of destination, you are responsible for unloading the goods, completing import customs clearance, and paying any import duties as well as any destination port fees.
