RETURN POLICY

You may return products, for any reason, within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order.

According to current legislation, “The consumer has the right to unilaterally withdraw from a distance contract, without penalties and without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the product or, in the case of service provision, from the conclusion of the contract. The only costs that may be borne by the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products” (O.G. 34/2014), applicable to individuals who purchase products online using distance communication methods.

Return shipping costs are borne by the sender.

To receive your refund, you must notify us of your intention by completing the Return Form, ensuring you are within the 14-day return window. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the Return Form.

Return Requirements

The product must be returned:

  • in the same customized packaging,

  • with the label intact,

  • and the parcel must contain the TAX INVOICE.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT THE TAX INVOICE!

Once the returned items are received and inspected, the refund will be issued via bank transfer within 14 calendar days.

Returned products must be in the same condition as delivered, with original packaging, intact labels, and no signs of wear (e.g., stains, makeup marks, odors, tears, or any form of deterioration).
According to the law, underwear and swimwear items cannot be returned.

If any returned product shows signs of wear, damage, or clear use, we reserve the right to refuse the return, as the product can no longer be resold.

Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

  • If you request an exchange for another size or another product, the reshipping is free.

Quality-Related Claims

If a customer indicates in the Return Form that a product has defects (e.g., stains, loose stitching, fabric issues), AAFIT reserves the right to review video footage from the packaging area to determine whether the issue occurred prior to shipment or resulted from improper handling by the customer.

Important Deadlines

⚠️ The returned parcel must be shipped within 14 calendar days from receiving your order.

  • The return must be sent via any courier company, except Romanian Post (Poșta Română).

  • We do not accept parcels sent with cash-on-delivery (ramburs).

If the customer claims the product is not compliant

In case of complaints regarding product defects such as stains, torn seams, or similar issues, AAFIT will verify the packaging and handling procedures by reviewing surveillance camera footage from the packing area.

  • If the investigation shows the defect is not attributable to AAFIT, the customer will be informed.

  • The product will be returned to the customer within 1 – 5 calendar days.

  • Return shipping costs back to the customer will be borne by the customer.

  • The product price will not be refunded.
